How can you ride your bike on ice and snow? Well you can order a pair of studded tires or make your own. Maybe its a little early to think about ice and snow? If you own a Surly Pugsley and some freshly custom crafted studded 26x3.8 tires maybe not. So for all of you out there anxiously awaiting the first substantial snow fall so you can participate in your own homegrown iditabike , just make sure you keep warm, take it slow and snap plenty of great pictures. Feel free to send them my way and i will post them on this site. But in the meantime if you are out today i hope the only wind you encounter is a tailwind.
